Periscope Labs Limited ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Centrixa customer relationship management platform, including the web application at centrixa.io and the Centrixa mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Service.
Centrixa is a B2B platform intended for business use. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When your organization creates a Centrixa account, we collect the user's full name, email address, phone number, job title, and company name.
Business Data: Data entered into the Service by users, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, quotations, tasks, activities, cases, and any associated notes or attachments. This data is owned by your organization and processed by us on your organization's behalf.
Device and Technical Information: When you use our mobile application, we collect device identifiers (for push notification delivery), device type and operating system, app version, IP address, and general location derived from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location data.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage analytics through Firebase Analytics, including screens visited, feature usage patterns, session duration, and crash and error reports. This data helps us improve the Service and is not used for advertising purposes.
Automatically Captured Data (Web-to-Lead Forms): When a third party submits a web form powered by Centrixa's Web-to-Lead feature, we capture the information they provide in the form, the page URL and referrer URL, UTM campaign parameters, browser type and device type, and IP address. This data is stored as part of the lead record within your organization's Centrixa account.

3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Centrixa:

Each third-party provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, role-based access controls and business unit isolation, regular security updates and monitoring, and database access restricted via SSH tunneling (no publicly exposed database ports).
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
Active accounts: Data is retained for as long as the organization's subscription is active.
After subscription termination: Business data is deactivated and retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation or data export. After 30 days, data enters a deletion queue. All data is permanently deleted within 90 days of subscription termination.
User account deletion: When an individual user account is deleted, personal profile data (name, email, phone) is permanently removed within 14 days. Business data created by the user (leads, notes, activities) is retained and reassigned to the organization's administrator, as this data belongs to the organization.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion of your account and personal data (see our Account Deletion page)
- Export your organization's business data via the web application's export features
- Withdraw consent for optional data collection (e.g., analytics) by contacting us

7. Children's Privacy
Centrixa is a business-to-business platform intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
8. Cookies
The Centrixa web application uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
