Centrixa is a business platform where accounts are managed by your organization's administrator. You can request account deletion through the methods described below.
How to Delete Your Account
Ask Your Organization Admin
Your organization's Centrixa administrator can delete your user account directly from the admin panel under Settings → User Management. This is the fastest method.
Request via the Mobile App
Open Centrixa → go to your Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Request Account Deletion." This sends a deletion request to your organization admin and to our support team.
Contact Us Directly
Send an email to hello@periscopelabs.io with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Include your full name and the email address associated with your Centrixa account. We will process your request within 14 days.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

Important: Business data (leads, contacts, opportunities, notes, activities) is retained by the organization because it is company data created during the course of business. Your personal profile information is fully and permanently deleted.
Organization-Level Account Deletion
If your organization wishes to terminate its Centrixa subscription and delete all organizational data (including all user accounts and business data), the organization administrator should contact us at hello@periscopelabs.io with the subject "Organization Deletion Request."
Upon organization termination, all data is deactivated immediately and retained for 30 days to allow for data export. All data is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 90 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
